Conflict Occurs During Police Detention
In an unexpected turn of events, a woman was arrested at the Lambrecht train station in Neustadt/Weinstraße on November 25, 2024. The incident, which led to a police call, was the result of a dispute between the woman and a man at the station.
According to the Police Directorate Neustadt/Weinstraße, the woman spent the night in police custody following the incident. Investigations conducted by the directorate revealed an arrest warrant was outstanding against the woman for failing to appear at a scheduled court hearing in another federal state.
The woman was found during the investigation and her arrest was related to this outstanding warrant. She was consulted with a judge regarding her arrest and will be presented to a judge today.
